Qualifications

• 7+ years of internal control, regulatory, audit, risk, legal, or compliance experience within a financial services or technology organization.
• Strong writing and communication skills to translate complex technical subject matter into clear, concise language for executives through junior analysts.
• Ability to connect the dots and demonstrate thematic analysis to synthesize technical content into well-articulated outcomes.
• Proven relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders and build consensus.
• Comfort working in ambiguous situations—analyzing, simplifying, and collaborating to solve complex problems with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive timely and accurate Audit & GCOR engagements by balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead complex Audit exams or GCOR assessments focused on technology and develop strong response materials.
• Analyze assessment questions and coordinate with technical subject matter experts to manage timelines from start to finish.
• Author, edit, and review responses and present overviews or deep-dive analyses on technical areas of focus.
• Review technical evidence and perform analysis of identified control deficiencies to drive disposition.
