Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation in the National Capital Region is seeking a Senior Technology Advisor and Integration Engineer to provide technical leadership across enterprise systems engineering for national security programs. You will partner with senior DoD and IC stakeholders, develop and enforce technical standards, conduct risk assessments, and guide system concept development and transition planning.

This 100% onsite role requires TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering or software development.
• Experience with technology transition plans and systems engineering.
• Knowledge of acquisition management and governance.
• Ability to present complex technical material to senior DoD/IC officials.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to stakeholders and senior customers.
• Develop and ensure compliance with technical standards and procedures.
• Advise on system capabilities, constraints, and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering, analyses, and trade studies.
• Support program management and acquisition governance.
