Qualifications

• At least 8 years experience in mainframe programming.
• Four (4) years of senior-level experience in computer programming.
• Two (2) years of experience overseeing the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage, control, and evaluate the functions and performance of the development team.
• Coordinate programming projects and provide technical assistance.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and agency laws and procedures.
