Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking a Management Analyst II (UI Operations Specialist) to join the UI Administration and Operational Support Department in downtown Austin. The Unemployment Insurance (UI) Division provides a vital safety net for the Texas workforce. Funded by employer taxes, the UI program offers temporary partial income replacement to workers who have lost their jobs through no fault of their own. Our division oversees the administration of unemployment benefits and tax collection activities. We are currently seeking a Management Analyst II (UI Operations Specialist) to join our UI Administration and Operational Support Department, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Austin at 1411 Brazos Street.

A highly organized professional with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You are a proactive self-starter who will work under general supervision and moderate latitude for independent judgement to achieve results. You possess the expertise to perform complex (journey level) UI administrative and policy analysis work. You are committed to excellence in program assessment and operational support.
