The role focuses on analyzing, improving, and coordinating unemployment UI programs and operations, with responsibilities spanning project management, policy analysis, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in management analysis, organizational development, or methods and systems work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review UI systems for effectiveness and conformance to guidelines.
• Consult with management to initiate studies and define scope and resources.
• Develop recommendations to standardize or improve UI systems.
• Research data to identify problems and potential changes.
• Conduct and manage special projects.
