Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is a bonus.
• Eight+ years of full-time professional experience with five+ years in TDM, city planning, public engagement, or transportation advocacy.
• Ability to pass a Homeland Security background check.

• Direct and implement CAMPO TDM programs and initiatives.
• Lead regional coordination meetings with stakeholders and partners.
• Engage employers and communities through outreach and presentations.
• Oversee school-related program components and data tracking for performance.
• Build long-term client relationships and support business development.
