The Alta Group seeks a driven Tax Manager/Senior to lead business and personal income tax compliance and planning for a growing client base in New Jersey. The role requires CPA and 4+ years of related experience, with exposure to wealth management and advisory services.

You will supervise junior staff, interface with clients and tax officials, and collaborate with the wealth management team to provide comprehensive financial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with firm clients as trusted tax adviser.
• Interview clients to understand tax and financial goals; collaborate with Financial Planning Team.
• Lead business and personal income tax compliance, strategy and planning for clients.
• Partner with wealth management to develop wealth strategies.
