Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience in a public accounting environment.
• Expertise in U.S. federal, state, and multistate taxation.
• Proven track record of managing senior-level client relationships and developing new business.
• Experience supervising and mentoring tax managers, seniors, and staff.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Ramsey, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review complex tax engagements for businesses, partnerships, and individuals.
• Deliver advanced tax planning and structuring advice for closely held entities and high-net-worth individuals.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify advisory opportunities.
• Drive business development through referrals and client interactions.
