Vālenz Health® is seeking a Sr. Corporate Tax Manager to lead the corporate income tax function across multiple legal entities. You will oversee tax provision, compliance, planning, and reporting, while coordinating with external advisors and partnering with Accounting and Finance to optimize tax outcomes.

The role is fully remote in the United States, requiring a strong background in ASC 740, multi-entity tax matters, and excellent communication across finance teams and leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience, including public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and tax provisions.
• Experience across federal, state, and local income tax.
• Experience coordinating with external tax advisors.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee corporate income tax across multiple entities, including provision, compliance, planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with external advisors and review tax returns.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions per ASC 740 with working papers.
• Analyze financial data for tax returns, provisions, and estimated payments.
• Develop tax planning strategies consistent with business objectives.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess impact on the organization.
• Support audits and respond to tax authorities as needed.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance on disclosures and forecasts.
