Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, or business.
• 4+ years of tax experience in public accounting with tax accounting per ASC 740.
• CPA is preferred.
• Experience with federal and state tax filings including ASC 740.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to external tax advisors for federal and multi-state returns.
• Review and file federal and multi-state tax returns with advisors.
• Prepare annual tax provision and related ASC 740 filings.
• Assist in managing tax audits and relationships with auditors/advisors.
• Coordinate responses to notices and processing of refund checks.
