CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant in the Milwaukee area to lead complex tax returns and planning for high-net-worth individuals and diverse entities. You will ensure compliance with tax laws while delivering strategic advice to clients.

The role requires a CPA, 3–5 years in public accounting, and proficiency with tax software and MS Office. You will work with a tight-knit team to optimize tax positions and support audits, with a focus on client service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification is required; EA designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting with a tax focus.
• Strong understanding of tax laws for S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships and LLCs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
• Manage tax planning strategies to optimize client tax positions and minimize liabilities.
• Research tax regulations and changes to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted tax advisor.
• Assist with audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes related to tax preparation and planning.
