CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Tax Senior Accountant in Aliso Viejo, CA, to lead hands-on tax review and advisory work for high-net-worth and multi-entity clients, from return preparation through filing and IRS defense.

You will work directly with principals on planning and structuring deals, spotting opportunities others miss, with clear path to senior advisory roles. Requirements include CPA or EA progress and 3+ years in progressive tax prep within public accounting, plus a Bachelor's degree

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, or related field.
• Progress towards CPA license or Enrolled Agent credential (CA/IRS).
• 3+ years progressive tax preparation in public accounting with primary preparer responsibility on complex returns.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complex federal and state returns for HNW individuals, pass-through entities, trusts, and estates.
• Prepare supporting schedules, depreciation calculations, K-1s, and multi-state apportionment.
• Review and sign off on returns prepared by team members.
• Represent clients before the IRS and state agencies on examinations and notices.
• Support entity structuring, reorganizations, and transaction planning with partners.
