You will own client relationships, oversee teams, and advise on compliance and planning matters.

This role emphasizes mentoring, timely delivery, and staying current with tax law changes, with opportunities to expand services for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation.
• Experience with IRS/state tax notices and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and oversee tax returns across individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and not-for-profits.
• Manage your own client portfolio and act as primary contact.
• Provide tax planning, consulting, and advisory services.
• Assist with IRS/state notices, audits, and tax resolution matters.
• Prepare and review financial statements and offer full-service accounting support when needed.
• Mentor and develop tax team members and manage deadlines.
• Stay current with federal/state tax laws to improve client outcomes.
