Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Services Manager in EY EDGE Private within the Financial Services Organization. You will deliver tax compliance and advisory services to private entities and high-net-worth individuals, leading teams and coordinating with multi-disciplinary professionals across borders.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical tax knowledge, and the ability to manage complex engagements in a hybrid work environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or licensed attorney.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization in financial services.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation and state/local tax.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting delivery services for clients.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance only on complex situations.
• Coordinate with client tax liaisons and trust administration teams to gather information and ensure timely production of tax statements and returns.
• Support long-term client relationships and workflow management.
• Manage engagement deliverables and team resources to ensure timely, accurate tax services.
• Advise on complex tax matters and assign tasks to staff and seniors.
• Review staff work for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, feedback, and coaching to team members.
