Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Services Manager for EY EDGE Private to lead delivery of tax compliance and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and private entities. You will manage engagements, coordinate staff, and strengthen client relationships in a collaborative environment.

The role requires extensive federal and state tax knowledge, leadership, and mentoring of team members within a hybrid work model in a large, global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• CPA/EA or licensed attorney preferred.
• 8+ years in tax services or professional services in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting for client deliverables.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance only on complex cases.
• Coordinate communications with client liaisons and teams to gather information for timely tax statements and reports.
• Support long-term client relationships and manage engagement resources and economics.
• Provide direction on complex tax matters and coach staff and seniors.
