EY’s FSO EDGE Private practice seeks a Senior Services Manager to deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting for private entities and high-net-worth individuals. You’ll oversee planning, deadlines, and client communications.

You’ll lead engagements, mentor staff, and coordinate across cross-border teams in a hybrid US-focused environment, leveraging deep technical tax knowledge and a commitment to exceptional delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/etc. required.
• CPA/EA/licensed attorney required or preferred.
• 8+ years in professional services or tax in financial services.
• Broad exposure to federal income tax and state/local tax.
• Proficient with tax and accounting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting delivery for clients.
• Lead projects and work independently with guidance only on complex situations.
• Coordinate with client tax liaisons and teams to gather information and support decisions.
• Support long-term client relationships and manage workflow.
• Manage engagement deliverables and team resources for timely delivery.
