Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Core Tax Services Senior Manager to advise clients on tax implications of business objections, evaluate actions to reduce tax and compliance costs, and act as the primary client contact for complex tax issues. This role leads office and regional leadership, participates in marketing and business development, and maintains strong client relationships.

The position requires extensive tax experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to guide teams through complex tax matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Master’s in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• Eight+ years of tax experience and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates and senior associates on projects.
• Reviews and comments on work prepared by staff.
• Leads client communication and tax strategy discussions.
• Manages tax provisions and ASC 740 related work.
• Develops tax strategies and client service plans.
