Job summary

FIS is seeking a Sr. Manager, BPS Tax in Milwaukee to lead client tax reporting services and related operations. You will oversee teams delivering accurate, compliant tax outputs, manage complex client engagements, and drive improvements across governance, risk management, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience leading tax reporting, tax information reporting, retirement tax reporting, or financial services operations.
• Proven leadership of managers, technical professionals, and multifunctional teams.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, local, and international tax reporting requirements.
• Experience leading large-scale client implementations and operational transformations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills in regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
