Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Manager, BPS Tax, to lead client tax reporting services, information reporting operations, and tax program implementations across complex financial services environments.

You will oversee teams delivering accurate, compliant tax reporting outputs, drive strategic initiatives, and manage executive-level communications to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading tax reporting, information reporting, or retirement tax programs.
• Proven ability to manage managers and multifunctional teams.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, local, and international tax reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams for client tax reporting operations and implementations.
• Oversee preparation, validation, and delivery of tax outputs in compliance with regulations.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with client commitments.
• Manage complex client engagements and executive-level communications.
