Job summary

EY is seeking a Tax Accounting and Risk Senior to help clients manage tax provisions, enhance the tax control environment, and assess tax risk under Sarbanes‑Oxley 404 constraints. You will review tax provision processes and implement improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

You will work with senior leaders, mentor junior staff, and coordinate cross‑functional teams on complex tax issues, with travel up to 50%+ as projects require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required or preferred.
• Progress toward or completion of a CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
• 2–4 years of relevant tax or legal experience.
• Solid understanding of federal income taxation and tax provisions.
• Experience with tax accounting, provisions, and ASC 740 topics.
