H&R Block is seeking an experienced Seasonal Tax Professional to assist clients with complex tax needs and build lasting relationships. You will be supported by a team and receive advanced tax training to ensure success this season.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA/EA certification, and 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax. Franchise office details apply.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (audit representation where applicable)
• Mentor and support teammates
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience completing individual returns
• Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chat
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet IRS/state requirements
