This role focuses on conducting tax interviews, preparing returns, and driving client growth. Franchisee office autonomy means direct franchisee hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates
