Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Manager of Tax Planning – Circulatory Restoration to join our Santa Clara team. The role focuses on global direct tax matters, international tax compliance, planning, and accounting for income tax, reporting to the Tax Director.

The Senior Manager will lead transfer pricing initiatives and coordinate with Finance to implement process improvements while staying aligned with J&J Credo and leadership imperatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics; doctor or master of tax a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high attention to details.
• Analytical skillset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Develop tax recommendations related to expansion into new jurisdictions.
• Documentation of positions (intercompany agreements, ASC 740 memoranda).
• Liaise with tax authorities globally and manage foreign tax audits.
• Monitor OECD and local country tax policy developments affecting income tax.
