Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support US federal, state, and local tax planning initiatives.
• Assist in managing tax audits, examinations, and disputes.
• Research and analyze tax law changes and assess impact.
• Prepare and review technical tax memoranda and position papers.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Support transfer pricing and cross-border tax considerations.
