Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
• Master of Tax (preferred) or doctor is a plus.
• 10+ years in a large corporate tax environment with international tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop tax recommendations for expansion into new jurisdictions and cross-border scenarios.
• Document positions with intercompany agreements and ASC 740 memoranda.
• Liaise with tax authorities and manage foreign tax audits.
• Monitor OECD developments affecting income tax.
• Lead transfer pricing projects and integrate TP requirements.
• Prepare US international tax workpapers and review foreign returns.
