Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in tax operations or related field.
• CPA/Bar or other credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax operations transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation.
• Advise on tax reporting strategy, compliance impacts, and process redesign.
• Direct cross-functional teams through tax reporting, compliance, and documentation workstreams.
• Analyze tax data, financial statements, and controls to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Coach team members and translate technical findings into client-ready deliverables.
