Job summary

PwC seeks a Senior Manager in its Federal M&A Tax practice to lead major projects, manage financial analyses, and advise on tax strategy across corporate M&A, private equity, and post-deal integration. You will represent PwC with clients, uphold ethics, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic tax environment. The role requires strong leadership and deep technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience
• CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
• A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
