Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is required
• Minimum of 5 years in professional services or tax environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with tax/accounting software

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of complex tax and accounting work with limited supervision
• Coordinate day-to-day project delivery and client communication
• Mentor junior staff and manage engagement teams to ensure timely delivery
• Support business development through client calls and presentations
