Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics
• Licensed CPA/EA/Attorney/IPT certification
• Minimum of 5 years in a professional services or tax organization
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Excel/Office
• Experience with tax/accounting technologies
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial closings and tax compliance filings
• Compile and evaluate data and tax/accounting documentation
• Manage client relationships and project delivery quality
• Lead engagements and teams to drive service quality
• Support business development through client calls and presentations
• Develop and document cross-functional processes
