Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• Licensed CPA/EA or equivalent professional credential.
• Minimum 5 years in professional services or tax services.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex tax filings, tax research, and tax accounting with limited supervision.
• Lead engagement delivery and tax compliance, ensuring timely client deliverables.
• Manage client relationships, data quality, and engagement economics.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Develop and align tax processes across multiple teams and clients.
• Support business development through client interactions and proposals.
