Job summary

EY is seeking a senior tax operations leader to drive performance within the Customer Tax Operations and Reporting (CTORS) team. You will oversee engagements across NRA withholding, FATCA, and related non-US tax matters for financial services clients.

You’ll manage a cross-functional operations group, coordinate with domestic and international teams, and drive process improvements while ensuring quality and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field required.
• CPA/EA or attorney credential strongly preferred.
• Significant experience delivering operational tax services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tax operations team and manage data preparation, aggregation and reporting.
• Coordinate day-to-day client interactions and monitor KPIs across workstreams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain client satisfaction and engagement economics.
• Oversee escalation resolution and maintain standardized tax operation processes.
• Support internal and external audits with documented processes.
• Evidencing performance via KRIs/KPIs and driving efficiency.
• Manage service quality and engagement risk within budgets.
• Understand business financials to ensure budget adherence.
• Leverage standard technologies to improve deliverables quality.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Travel up to 20%.
