Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an experienced Tax Manager to lead compliance, planning and advisory services for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates, partnerships, and corporations. The role requires deep federal, state and international tax knowledge, hands-on preparation/review, and leadership to mentor staff and manage engagements.

Qualifications

• Seasoned tax professional with deep knowledge of federal, state and international tax.
• Experience leading tax engagements for individuals, trusts, estates, corporations and partnerships.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and manage multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance and reporting for individuals, trusts, estates, fiduciaries, pass-through entities and corporations.
• Lead tax planning and structuring engagements for high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
• Advise on SALT, cross-border and transfer pricing issues; coordinate multijurisdictional filings.
