Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, planning, and consulting for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, and corporations. You will supervise a team, oversee ASC 740 tax provision, and coordinate cross-functional tax and finance activities.

The role includes M&A tax due diligence, SALT and international matters, and the implementation of tax technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• CPA required; EA, JD or LLM strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; Masters in Tax/JD/LLM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance, planning, and consulting for diverse client portfolio including individuals, trusts, estates, partners and corporations.
• Oversee tax provision (ASC 740) and coordinate GAAP/IFRS tax accounting with finance and audit.
• Coordinate SALT and international matters; lead M&A due diligence and tax structuring; implement tax technology and automation.
