Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent.
• 7+ years tax compliance experience for ultra-affluent individuals and families.
• Experience with equity compensation and complex capital transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement teams and direct workflow.
• Oversee compliance management and adapt to challenges.
• Provide tax planning, entity structuring, and multifaceted solutions.
• Manage tax audits and inquiries from authorities.
• Train and develop professionals; lead recruiting efforts when needed.
• Develop budgets, resources, and monitor engagements.
• Prepare quarterly billing and annual retainers.
• Collaborate on best practices with firm leadership.
