The position requires a CPA or EA, 5+ years of tax experience, and strong leadership abilities. Hybrid work arrangement with competitive compensation and benefits is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• 5+ years of full-time tax compliance experience for ultra-affluent individuals and families, partnerships, trusts, and not-for-profit entities.
• Active CPA or Enrolled Agent.
• Proficiency in tax software: BNA Income Tax Planner, Checkpoint RIA, CCH Axcess Tax, MS Excel.

Aufgaben

• Assist in managing client engagement teams and direct workflow with in-depth compliance and consulting services.
• Collaborate with tax team and partner group on tax planning, entity structuring, and complex solutions.
• Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and directing engagements.
• Train and develop staff and supervisors.
• Assist in preparing quarterly billing and annual retainer for clients.
