• Act as a strategic advisor, understanding client objectives and offering tailored solutions.
• Forge and sustain relationships with client executives and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client engagements with planning, staffing, budgeting, timelines, and profitability.
• Drive firm growth through proactive client service and strategic guidance.
• Contribute to business development through networking and proposal support.
• Supervise and mentor Managers, Seniors, and Staff Accountants.
