The ideal candidate will have an active CPA license, 8 years of tax experience in public accounting, and proven business development and leadership capabilities, with strong communication and client-service

Qualifications

• CPA license mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Proven ability to manage complex tax engagements and advise clients.
• Experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for diverse clients (business and individuals).
• Oversee and review complex federal, state, and local returns and workpapers.
• Act as a strategic advisor understanding client objectives and delivering tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple engagements with planning, staffing, budgeting, timelines, and profitability.
