Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide proactive strategic advice
• Research and resolve complex tax issues and stay current on tax law
• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and seniors
• Review work product for accuracy and quality
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and staffing
• Assist with IRS and state notices, audits, and correspondence
• Participate in business development efforts
• Collaborate with partners on firm strategy and growth initiatives (Senior Manager level)
