Job summary

Insite US in Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to lead its Private Client Services offering. The role focuses on high‑net‑worth planning, client relationships, staff development, and growing the practice with coordinated family and entity structures.

You will oversee complex private client engagements, mentor senior staff, and partner with leadership on strategy and advisory opportunities. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• CPA license is required.
• Experience with high-net-worth tax planning.
• Knowledge of trusts, estates, partnerships and S corporations.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex Private Client tax engagements.
• Review individual, fiduciary and pass-through tax returns.
• Advise HNW individuals and business owners on federal and state tax planning.
• Oversee tax projections and year-end planning strategies.
• Research and resolve complex technical tax issues.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key clients.
• Coordinate engagements involving multiple entities and family interests.
• Lead, mentor and develop Managers and Senior Associates.
• Work with Partners on client strategy and advisory opportunities.
• Support the growth of the Private Client practice.
