A boutique CPA firm in the Greenwich, CT area seeks a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its growing team. The firm handles about 1,100 tax returns annually for high-net-worth individuals and diverse clients, offering client-facing growth and a potential path to partnership.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, building client relationships, and providing planning and advisory services as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Public accounting tax experience.
• Experience reviewing and preparing individual and business tax returns.
• Strong client-facing skills and relationship management experience.
• UltraTax and Thomson Reuters experience preferred.
• 3 Weeks PTO (negotiable based on experience).

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex individual and business tax returns.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff.
• Support the firm's continued growth and succession planning efforts.
