Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Senior Tax Manager in the East Valley to supervise a small tax team and work closely with Tax Partners and Senior Managers. You will review and sign federal and multi-state returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Individuals, and Tax-Exempt Organizations.

The role offers a clear path to Partner and a base salary of $140,000-$175,000, reflecting 10+ years in public tax and strong leadership abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA designation required.
• 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Direct responsibility for reviewing and signing federal and multi-state tax returns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive service.
• High level of technical tax knowledge with ability to research and resolve complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CCH Axcess and ProSystems Engagement preferred.
