Zusammenfassung

Top Echelon Software LLC in the East Valley is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead a small tax team and work with Tax Partners and Senior Managers. You will supervise staff and review and sign federal and multi-state returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, trusts, individuals, and tax-exempt orgs.

The role offers a pathway to Partner and requires a CPA with 10+ years public accounting tax experience and proven leadership. Excellent client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
Master's degree in Tax is a plus.
CPA designation is required.
10+ years of tax experience in public accounting.
At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience reviewing and signing federal and multi-state tax returns.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Proven ability to develop client relationships.
Stays current with tax law and industry changes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; adapts to new technologies.
Experience with CCH Axcess and ProSystems Engagement preferred.
