Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 5+ years of professional tax preparation experience.
• Experience with individual, corporate, partnership, nonprofit, trust, and gift taxes.
• Proficient with tax research and advisory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, nonprofit, trust, and gift tax returns.
• Research tax issues and provide practical recommendations to clients and firm Partners.
• Perform financial analysis and support consulting and advisory engagements.
• Review staff and intern work for accuracy and completeness.
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior team members.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to complete engagements accurately and on time.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet tax filing deadlines.
