Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking a Tax Supervisor for its Juno Beach, FL region. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing complex returns for entities and high-net-worth individuals, while identifying planning opportunities and consulting with clients.

You will manage multiple engagements, mentor junior staff, and liaise with clients and tax authorities. A CPA is a plus, with 4–7 years in public accounting preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred.
• 4-7 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax compliance and planning; CPA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in tax software (CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and high-net worth individuals, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Identify and assist with tax planning opportunities, provide consulting services to clients, and participate in client management.
• Conduct tax research and draft memoranda on technical issues.
• Manage multiple client engagements independently and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate with clients and tax authorities regarding tax matters and controversies.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff and seniors.
