Calqulate is seeking a Senior Tax Manager for a growing CPA firm in the East Valley (Tempe). You will supervise a small team and work with Tax Partners and Senior Managers to review and sign federal and multi-state tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Individuals, and Tax-Exempt Organizations.

This is a great opportunity to grow toward Partner. Base salary for this role is $140,000-$175,000 per year, with a clear path to leadership and long-term partnership

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's in Tax a plus.
• CPA designation required.
• 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting, incl. 3+ years supervisory.
• Direct responsibility for reviewing and signing federal and multi-state tax returns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing others.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive service.
• High level of technical tax knowledge with ability to research complex issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with tax law and industry changes.
