Job summary

Talent With Heart is recruiting a Senior Tax Manager for a growing CPA firm in the East Valley, Tempe, AZ. You will supervise and mentor a small team, review and sign federal and multi-state returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Individuals, and Tax-Exempt Organizations, and partner with Tax Partners and Senior Managers.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting, including 3+ years supervisory.
• Direct responsibility for reviewing and signing federal and multi-state tax returns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for developing others.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive service.
• High level of technical tax knowledge with ability to research and resolve complex issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with tax law and industry changes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adaptability to new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication including direct client communications.
• Experience with CCH Axcess and ProSystems Engagement preferred.

Responsibilities
