The ideal candidate has CPA licensure and 12+ years of public accounting tax experience (15+ preferred), plus proven ability to mentor staff, manage client relationships, and drive growth toward future partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of public accounting tax experience (15+ preferred).
• CPA license required.
• Experience reviewing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee individual income tax returns (Form 1040), C corporation returns, and partnership tax returns.
• Provide tax planning, research, and consulting services to individuals and business clients.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on complex tax matters.
• Oversee tax engagements from planning and preparation through review and final filing.
• Mentor, coach, and develop tax staff and senior-level professionals.
