Ashton North LLC in Latham, NY seeks a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to lead its Capital Region office. You’ll manage important client relationships, oversee federal and state tax compliance, planning and advisory engagements, and help shape the office’s growth.

This established regional firm offers an existing local team, a broad client portfolio, and the resources of a larger organization. CPA strongly preferred; relocation may be considered; opportunity toward Principal or Partner.

Qualificações

• Must have strong tax compliance and planning knowledge.
• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, C corporations and individuals.
• Progressive public-accounting background with staff supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
• Oversee federal and state tax compliance, planning and advisory engagements.
• Review returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations and individuals.
• Advise clients on tax-planning opportunities and broader business matters.
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets and client expectations.
• Supervise and develop Albany-area staff.
• Coordinate client work across multiple offices.
• Support office growth and client relationship development.
