Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Master's degree in Taxation is preferred.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client tax engagements ensuring timely completion and quality.
• Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
• Develop and implement strategic tax plans to minimize client liabilities.
• Mentor, train, and supervise tax staff and seniors.
• Support business development with partners to identify new client opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to firm processes and technology.
