The role emphasizes tax planning, research, and cross-state compliance, with strong emphasis on client service and staff development. Hybrid schedule offered with extensive collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent required.
• 5+ years leading a tax team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagements end-to-end and manage team, relationships, and deadlines.
• Review various tax returns and projections (partnerships, individuals, trusts).
• Mentor staff and support Partners in client meetings.
